DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training
- Be a basic trainer
- Perform basic and system training
- Gathering staff to train as per schedulde
- Ensure staff get train by SOP mentioned

Pre-opening activity
- Support Pre-opening activity
- Understand in preopening activities task
- Support all tasks assign
- Support to prepare pre-opening document

Budgeting
- Understand in budget
- Understand item in budget file
- Support to follow up item in budget file
- Assist associate to follow up item in budget file if assign

SOE
- SOE understanding and support
- Understand SOE list
- Support to issue PR for project
- SOE Recieving

Project Management
- Project Management support
- Understand in project manangement task
- Understand project timeline
- Understand task of each department

Communication
- Communication support
- Lead communication of the owner to project leader
- Lead communication of HQ to project leader
- Recieve issue or lead communication of staff to project leader
